Course Description

This course introduces future educators to a creative problem-solving methodology used across various fields, including education, to address complex challenges. Throughout the course, students explore how to empathize with users, define problems, generate solutions, create prototypes, and test ideas through iterative processes. Topics include human-centered design principles (focusing on users’ needs and experiences), brainstorming techniques, rapid prototyping, and user testing. 

Through projects and collaborative activities, future teachers develop critical thinking, creativity, and innovation skills. This course prepares educators to apply design thinking principles to solve problems, enhance learning experiences, and foster innovation within educational environments
