Course Description
This course develops students’ ability to read texts analytically and to produce clear, well-reasoned written work. Students learn to identify arguments, evaluate evidence, recognize rhetorical strategies, and approach texts from multiple critical perspectives. Writing components focus on constructing coherent arguments, using evidence effectively, integrating sources, and applying academic writing conventions. Through reading activities, discussions, and structured writing tasks, students strengthen their critical thinking skills and enhance their ability to interpret and produce academic texts.
