Course Description
This course focuses on using advanced software environments to perform symbolic and numerical mathematical operations. The curriculum emphasizes the proficiency in platforms such as Mathematica, Maple, or SageMath for solving algebraic equations, performing high-order integration, and simplifying complex expressions. Students explore automated theorem proving, the manipulation of large matrices, and the generation of precise mathematical visualizations. The course emphasizes the transition from manual derivation to algorithmic computation, including the development of custom scripts to automate repetitive mathematical tasks. By the end of the semester, students will be capable of utilizing computational power to verify mathematical conjectures, model dynamical systems, and present technical findings with professional-grade accuracy, bridging the gap between theoretical research and digital implementation.
