Course Description
This course teaches students the general rules for preparing technical drawings, geometric constructions, formats of technical drawings, the fundamental rules for dimensioning, the preparation of texts and tables on technical drawings, the division of a straight-line segment into equal parts, the construction and division of angles, the division of a circle into equal parts, projection methods, central, parallel, and orthogonal projections, conversion methods, axonometric projections, geometric solids in orthogonal and axonometric projections, the concept of standardization and the unified system of design documentation, fundamentals of 3D modeling, detachable and permanent joints, the assembly drawing, and the specification.
