Course Description
This course explores the architecture, services, and deployment models of cloud computing environments. The curriculum focuses on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). Students investigate virtualization, containerization using Docker, and the principles of scalable system design. The course emphasizes security, cost management, and the use of major platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. By the end of the semester, students will be capable of deploying resilient applications and managing cloud-native infrastructures, providing the essential expertise required for modern software engineering and large-scale digital transformation projects.
