Course Description
In this block, students participate actively in the observation and management of neurological, psychiatric and chronic diseases. Its aim is to integrate clinical assessment, symptom control and multidisciplinary rehabilitation approaches. Empathic communication, teamwork and principles of long-term care are emphasized.
In Neurology, students learn monitoring of neurological deficits, adjustment of drug and rehabilitation plans and evaluation of functional recovery.
In Psychiatry, they develop skills in clinical observation of mental disorders, psychosocial interventions and monitoring of pharmacological treatment.
In Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, they implement physical rehabilitation programmes, assess therapeutic exercises and support patient motivation.
In Dermato-venereology, they gain experience in clinical observation, interpretation of laboratory results and preventive counselling.
