Course Description
In this block, under supervision, students refine their abilities in independent clinical decision-making, patient assessment, diagnosis and implementation of treatment plans. It focuses on daily patient monitoring, evaluation of treatment outcomes and ensuring patient safety. Clinical activities are conducted within a framework of evidence-based practice, ethical responsibility and multidisciplinary collaboration.
In Cardiology, students strengthen skills in clinical follow-up of cardiovascular patients, evaluation of treatment response and decision-making in urgent cardiological conditions.
In Pulmonology, they develop competencies in monitoring respiratory patients, oxygen therapy, selection of antibiotics and documentation of clinical decisions.
In Infectious Diseases, they practice isolation of patients, implementation of treatment strategies, epidemiological surveillance and control of hospital-acquired infections.
In Internal Medicine, they refine skills in the comprehensive management of systemic diseases, optimization of pharmacotherapy and patient education.
