Course Description

Civil Law I introduces the fundamental principles of civil law and the regulation of property and personal non-property relations based on legal equality, autonomy of will, and property independence. Students study the concept and sources of civil law, subjects of civil law, including natural and legal persons, and the fundamentals of civil legal relations. The course covers civil transactions, legal acts, and the exercise and protection of civil rights, providing a foundational understanding of private law relations.
