Course Description
The Capstone Project constitutes the culminating component of the Law programme and completes the process of professional legal training. It functions as the final assessment of programme learning outcomes and evaluates the graduate’s readiness for independent professional practice. The project assesses the quality and depth of theoretical knowledge, practical legal skills and analytical reasoning demonstrated by the student. Evaluation of the Capstone Project includes a preliminary discussion, the preparation of a written academic or professional review and the formal defense of the work. Assessment is based on the coherence and structure of the project, the quality of legal argumentation and logical reasoning and the effectiveness of the oral presentation and defense. The success of the project depends on the relevance of the topic, its scholarly originality, practical significance and the clarity and professionalism of its presentation.
