Isa Shafiyev has 12 years of university teaching experience and extensive professional practice in both academic and applied fields. He served as Chief Accountant at the Ganja Regional Tourism Department for two years, gaining significant experience in public sector financial management and accounting.

Since 2011, Isa Shafiyev has been the Director of MindArt Training Center, leading various educational projects focused on professional development, skill enhancement, and practical knowledge. He is the founder and executor of the “AgroNote” project, as well as the creator of the “Future Professionals Scholarship” program, which supports the academic and professional development of youth.

As an expert in Professional Accounting Certification, Isa Shafiyev emphasizes the application of international standards in accounting education and the integration of practical skills into academic programs. His main areas of interest include educational management, development of certification systems, and implementation of modern educational approaches.
