Farid Jabiyev
Background
Farid Jabiyev is an economist, researcher, and educator specializing in macroeconomics, with particular expertise in monetary policy and institutional economics. He holds a PhD in Economics and has long been engaged in teaching and academic work within the higher education system. His experience as a Dean and Vice Dean, along with his academic background, has provided him with extensive skills in both the organization of the teaching process and the management of research activities.
Participation in Fulbright and Erasmus+ programs has expanded his opportunities for international scientific collaboration and academic exchange, facilitating joint research and teaching activities with foreign universities. His scholarly work has been published in reputable journals indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science, ensuring international recognition of his research.
Additionally, he has contributed to the translation of key economics textbooks into Azerbaijani, enhancing local students’ access to high-quality academic resources. As the head of the Student Scientific Society, he has actively promoted a research culture and academic engagement among young scholars.
