Course Description
This course develops students’ ability to understand the principles of ethical decision-making, social responsibility, and sustainable development, and to apply them effectively in business practices. It examines the implementation of core values such as fairness, integrity, transparency, and accountability within organizations, and enhances students’ capacity to integrate corporate obligations toward society and the environment into strategic management processes. The course also explores approaches to ethical governance, corporate citizenship, and social responsibility at both global and local levels, while promoting professional conduct and a culture of lifelong learning.
