Background

Igbal Orujov was born on July 12, 1968, in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan.
He studied flute at the Sumgayit Music College and graduated from the Uzeyir Hajibeyli
Baku Music Academy in 1997.
He performed with the Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra and the Exemplary Military
Wind Orchestra
of the Ministry of Defense. He has also worked with state theaters and professional
ensembles.
Between 2016 and 2023, he served as a lecturer in the Department of Music Education
at Erzincan Binali Yildirim University in Turkey.
He has participated in numerous national and international concerts and festivals,
combining orchestral performance with academic teaching.
He continues his professional activity as a performer and educator.
