Hasanli Orkhan Nizami oglu was born on December 20, 1992 in Baku. In 1999, he entered school-lyceum No. 220 located in the Nizami district of Baku and successfully graduated from that educational institution in 2010. In the same year, he was admitted to the National Aviation Academy in the specialty "Engineering of Transportation and Management Organization in Transport". In 2014, having completed his bachelor's degree, he went to military service, and after completing his service in 2015, he continued his education at the master's degree level. He studied at the National Aviation Academy in the specialty "Transport Logistics" and graduated with honors in 2017. Since 2018, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Aviation Production of the Faculty of Transport Technologies of the National Aviation Academy. In parallel, continuing his professional work in his specialty, he worked in the Logistics Department of "ABC-Telecom" LLC as a coordinator for customs operations since 2019, and as a leading specialist for customs operations since 2023. He continues his scientific research in the field of logistics outsourcing. Since 2025, he has been working at the Faculty of Engineering of Karabakh University.
