This course examines the legal, economic, and practical foundations of international trade operations. It explains export–import procedures, customs regulations, and the essential terms and conditions of international contracts. The course analyzes the risks and advantages of various international payment methods, as well as the functions of logistics and transportation systems in trade activities, the application of Incoterms rules, and the management of risk and insurance mechanisms. Furthermore, through the modeling of real-world business scenarios, students develop analytical and decision-making skills for planning and executing international trade operations effectively.
