My research interest lies at the intersection of Educational Management and Organizational Psychology, with a specific focus on the systemic reconstruction of the educational landscape in the Karabakh region. I am particularly dedicated to investigating how Organizational Support mediates the relationship between Psychological Capital and Professional Autonomy among educators, aiming to identify how leadership models—such as transformational and servant leadership—can foster teacher resilience.
