The Student Youth Organization, formed based on shared interests and the principle of volunteerism, aims to represent and defend the interests of students in the implementation of state youth policy, as well as to ensure their active participation in the public, cultural, social, and economic life of the country. 

Main Objectives of the Organization: 

• Addressing students' social issues. 
• Conducting awareness-raising activities among students. 
• Organizing students' leisure time effectively. 
• Ensuring the protection of students' rights. 
• Facilitating the participation of talented and creative students in competitions, olympiads, exhibitions, and festivals both within the country and abroad. 
• Carrying out similar initiatives to support students' development and engagement.   

The Student Youth Organization at Karabakh University was established in November 2024. The members of the organization were selected through voting and interviews conducted among the students. 

Members of the Organization: 

• Ilyas Elgiz Safarli - Chairperson, a 2nd-year student majoring in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics. 
• Aynur Elmar Mammadova - Deputy Chairperson, a 2nd-year student majoring in Finance at the Faculty of Economics. 
• Fidan Fizuli Dashdamirova - Deputy Chairperson, a 1st-year student majoring in Law. 
• Tayyar Farzand Allahverdiyev - Deputy Chairperson, a 2nd-year student majoring in Law at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
